Healthcare and Accessibility
Healthcare
Giving people timely access to critical healthcare information can save lives and significantly lower costs. Yet there are racial, ethnic and economic groups that are not receiving the health information they need.
Verizon Foundation invests in projects that provide technology to help underserved populations and people with disabilities access information on critical health issues. We also support innovative technology that helps healthcare providers increase their efficiency, effectiveness and reach.
